hello,
i,m solving a model which is quite similar to the "Viscoplastic solder Joints".I have basically heated a square block and i'm trying to find the plastic strain rate using anand's model.I am experiencing convergence issues which is probably because of the sinh function which is used in the anand's model.As long as I heat it to temperatures below 310[K],i'm not experiencing any issues but when i heat my model to high temperatures it doesn't converge..
