Connected Boundary Issue ACDC

Hi all,

I'm quite new to COMSOL. I used COMSOL during my masters thesis for a few simple simulations regarding coil self-inductance.

Now i'm trying to simulate a SIN/COS inductive RX track, with a TX coil around it. I made the 3D geometry of the SINCOS track within the comsol modeller, and I'm trying to connect the faces with a connected boundary under the geometry analysis. I currently only drew the cosine track, as I solve problems step by step.

However..

This works as long as my sphere around the geometry is not turned on. The moment the sphere and infinite element domain are enabled, the boundaries are not applicable anymore.

Image 1 shows that when the IED is disabled, the boundaries are in fact applicable. Image 2 shows that when the IED is enabled, these are not applicable. The same holds for the output node, configured under the geometry analysis.

What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance.
