Hi, if you have the AC/DC Module there is an example which uses Poincaré maps in the Model Library:

Model Library>AC/DC Module>Particle Tracing>magnetic_lens

The Poincaré map is not specific to any of the particle tracing interfaces, so you can also see the models:

Model Library>Particle Tracing Module>Tutorial Models>rossler_attractor
Model Library>Particle Tracing Module>Fluid Flow>laminar_mixer_particle

for examples of how to create Poincaré maps.

Hi! I am trying to use Matlab to generate the Poincare Map and store the data in a text or .xls file. Do you have any suggestions as to how to set it up to make sure it's being done correctly?

Thank you!
