Natural Convection Cooling of a Thermos

The following example solves a free-convection problem in which a thermos holding hot coffee dissipates thermal energy. The main interest is to calculate the thermos’ cooling power, that is, how much heat it loses per unit time.

The example uses General Heat Transfer to solve the heat transfer equations alone. h-coefficients from the Materials/Coefficient library are used to describe the convection cooling.
