S parameters are calculated as zeros for some of the values in parameter sweep

Hello,

I did an "ewfd" simulation on a grating coupler. I did a parameter sweep on wavelength (lam), and I can get some S parameters for lam = 1.45 ~ 1.51 um, but I got all zeros for the remaining wavelengths (1.52 ~ 1.65 um). I am not sure what is wrong. Anyone has an idea? Thank you.
