Working in the AC/DC module, frequency domain mode, create a port (e.g., a lumped port) where you want to apply the voltage, and specify it. The default may be to specify a current, but you can often select an option to specify a voltage. You will also have to specify a frequency, usually in the Study section. You may find a number of examples in the application library.
