Lagrange Element in stress-strain problem

Hello,

I have problem with the solving of a normal stress strain problem. I am getting amplitudes in the stress distribution with minimums at the mesh knots. But thte higher I choose the Langrage Element Order the lower are these amplitudes and the result looks better and more realistic.

I do not know exactly how the Lagrange Element Order affects the stress result.

Are there any ideas or suggestions if that is the solution to my problem or what the right solution may be?
