Does anybody know how to retrieve ratio of some property for two different coordinates?

1. I have rectangular sample and I need to get ratio of, for example, electric field on the top and on the bottom.
2. I know how to calculate Average of the property on a some line (I use Cut Line 2D). But I need to calculate ratio of Average values for top side and the bottom side of rectangle.
Does anybody know how to retrieve these ratio? Could you supply with simple example?
