Can I Combined Mapped Meshes and Free Meshes?

Hello,

I am modeling a 3D box-shaped geometry inside air. For the box subdomain, I have done a mapped mesh so the box is made up of 27 mesh cells.

Is it possible for me to mesh the rest of the air domain using a free mesh?
