How to non-dimensionalize Young's modulus

I have a system that I have measured the changes with respect to elasticity. However, E, the Young's modulus is the only parameter that has dimension.

Q: what is the typical non-dimensionalization path for E? I have seen e.g., something called FSI parameter:

Q=mu_fluid*U_fluid/(E*d), where d is length.

any other ideas?

Hi Danial

I'm would start searching the book of F.M. White "Fluid Mechanics" ISBN 0-07-116848-6, he has a couple of interesting chapters on dimension analysis and CFD, but to be honest, I had a quick look, and could not really find the right page, so it might not work out ;)
