relative permitivitty

How do I measure relative permittivity of a dielectric material dried in a waveguide for 10 minutes?
The initial value of the relative permittivity is 3.5, but how do I know the value of it after drying the material?

Hi

by simulation by knowing how the e_r changes with humidity,

or you can also measure the frequency respons under the drying process, then mesure somehow the humiditiy of the material and use the simulation to fit the measured data and from there extract the e_r of your material. You might nedd to add a temperature and a time analysis, depending on how you estimate the drying process (diffusion over time) whcih can also be mkdelled with COMSOL ;)
