I am modeling a layered composite which has say 40 layers. I have to model each layer as an area and each layer can have different material properties. Now if I start giving them names like 'ar1' to 'ar40' and then create 'mat1' to mat40' it is a long process. It would be great if I could use do loops to generate the model. I could generate the areas and also materials but when I want to assign mat1 to 'ar1' it gives me error:
??? Java exception occurred:
Exception:
com.comsol.util.exceptions.FlException: Unknown selection

- Tag: ar1

Is there a resource which will help me
