derivative of a discontinuity value on boundary

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello
How to evaluate a DERIVATIVE OF a DISCONTINUITY VALUE on boundaries?
My problem is detailed as follows:

My aim is to solve the Pressure distribution in a rotation bearing.
There are some grooves on the bearing's surface.
These grooves make the FILM THICKNESS (H) changes with discontinuity in the groove-ridge regions.

Thus, the change of film thickness contributes to the right hand side of the GOVERING EQUATION.
(That is, the DERIVATIVE OF FILM THICKNESS)

Is there any way to evaluate them with accuracy?
Thanks for your kindly help.
