Duplicate variable error

hi, im working on isfet 3d model and i kept getting this nonsense "duplicate variable error" for Vg, Vgt and Vgtt variables eventhough there are no duplicated variable with the same name as stated. I have also try to change the varible name for many times already and the result is still the same. pleaseee im really need help right now.
